It feels like only 730 days ago that we opened the Bishop & Bagg, wow, time flies. On Monday, February 29th we will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary, and according to a very dubious medical study by some guy, it is apparently impossible to get hungover from leap day drinking. Chef Pelo has decided to celebrate by cooking up an entire pig, and Bartender of the Year, Drahos Chytry has something special in store for us as well.
