We offer 2 services. 18h and 21h. We can acoomodate special groups or specific reservations ahead of time.
Every Tuesday you are convened to experience a blend of Soul food & Caribbean cuisine selections imagined and concocted by chef McKenny St-Léger while enjoying the finest RnB.
Take a look at our menu (will upgrade as we progress) but make sure your keyboard is waterproof …heavy drooling ahead!
Appetizers
• Chicken Waffle Pops
Marinated chicken wing drumettes dipped in savory wafflebatter. Served with Maple-chilli-lime glaze
• Porc-au-Prince Poutine
Mix of Sweet and Yukon Gold Potato fries, Smoked Gouda cheese sauce, Oxtail gravy and morsels of tender marinated roasted pork. Topped with spicy ‘pikliz' slaw
• Parmesean Cornbread sticks
Served with smooth apple butter, sweet and savory bacon jam and tomato marmelade
Mains
• Maple-citrus and rosemary Fried chicken *
Crispy fried chicken marinated in maple, blood orange, lime and grapefruit juices and Rosemary
• Dr. Pepper bourbon BBQ Ribs *
Beef ribs slow braised in a rich house made BBQ sauce
• Jambalaya ( extra creole shrimp option)
Haitian inspired rice with onions peppers black beans mushrooms cooked in a wild mushroom broth and carribean spices
* Dishes served with sides of smoked cheddar Mac n'cheese and Fresh papaya, carrot zucchini and scallions tossed in a guava vinaigrette.
Dessert
• Crémas Crème Brulée
Coconut lime and rum custard. Burnt sugar topping
