Dear New Mommy,
I am currently experiencing pregnancy for the first time! My baby boy is due January 24th 2016! My previous & continued experience as a prenatal & postnatal fitness instructor and a certified kinesiologist has inspired me to develop a New Mommy BODY REHAB program specially for new moms! This program focuses on appropriate and safe re-training for the special circumstances of post-natal fitness classes. To make it easier to commit to an exercise routine, moms are invited to bring baby along for the classes however these classes are for mom.

Tres challenges you to commit to the BEST post natal training before your baby arrives. Once you are ready to embark on your post-natal journey you will visit the studio to start your 6, 9 or 12-month training program.

Unlimited access to NEW MOMMY classes during your 6, 9 or 12 month membership (moms can start their program at any time after MARCH 31, 2016). 4 classes/week:

Class description:
This is MOMMY time. These classes are the core of your rehab program. Classes are based on a magical combo of barre, yoga, pilates, strength training, flexibility and pelvic floor rehab. A certified kinesiologist and certified pilates, yoga and barre instructor has created this gold-standard class for optimal post-natal fitness results. Baby watches from the comfort of a baby seat or on an exercise mat while mom works out. This lets mom commit to a workout routine with the flexibility to tend to baby when he/she needs (feed/change/comfort) in a setting amongst other moms who can totally relate. Mom is welcome to come alone or with baby.
Baby’s Age: Baby’s maximum age is up to mommy as classes are designed for mom and mom is responsible to care for baby when needed during the class. There is no supervision/babysitting offered. Babies are invited to sit in seats or hang out on mats while mommy works out.
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP CONSULATIONS
No need to find a babysitter because baby is invited to come along!
Introductory individual fitness consultation with Kara, Kinesiologist: To set realistic and achievable exercise, weightloss and fitness goals. This meeting will also allow you to discuss any resulting physical trauma/injury/discomfort you may be experiencing associated with pregnancy and/or delivery. This consultation is important to ensure your workout program is effective and safe. With this information the kinesiologist can provide individualized modifications, postural considerations and information that will help you to achieve your goals safely and effectively.
Introductory group nutrition consultation with Christine, Nutrition Coach:
A 2 hour group session with take-home handouts to help you on your journey including information regarding adopting healthy eating habits for the whole family including: water intake, key food groups & portions, how to choose the right foods as time-savers. Simple recipes are shared.
Follow-up Individual consultation with Christine, Nutrition Coach:
1 on 1 consult to receive a personalized plan: analysis & recommendations offered based on a 2-week food journal. Client leaves with personalized recommendations and meal plan.
