Healing Tones, Sounds, Vibration and Frequencies are not just heard by ear, but can also be felt in your physical body, touching the essence of your soul. The singing bowls and other sacred instruments resonate to the different Chakras, musical notes, colours in addition to various organs in your body.
Sound Healing has been around for thousands of years. Tibetan Monks and shamanic cultures have been using sound as energetic medicine for many centuries. Singing Bowls along with toning and chanting may produce healing effects on all levels spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. This modality is known for relaxation, stress and pain removal and self awareness. When sound is projected into a diseased area in our body, correct harmonic patterns may be restored.
Thoughts are energy. When thoughts are changed to a more harmonic form, it can change our brainwave frequencies, showing possible alternations in consciousness. Sound healing can bring us to the alpha state peaceful, beta focus and concentration, delta deep meditation or theta resting state.
