I went there twice. First time, I loved it but the nails lasted me 10 exact days. 10 days and 5 of them fell off (I work in an office, so no I wasn't rough with the nails) Second time, I went for a pedicure and a full set because the nails I had done there fell off. The lady that did my nails, not only she cut me with the filler machine, she left my nails looking like bricks after several attempts at fixing them. My two index fingers are shorter than the rest of my nails and they're so thick I feel the weight on them. They look ugly as hell. THEY DO NOT DESINFECT TOOLS AND USE THE SAME ONES ON EVERY CLIENT. THEY SIMPLY SPRAY ALCOHOL ON THE TOOLS BEFORE USING IT ON YOU. I paid 104$ for the WORST NAILS I'VE EVER HAD and when confronted about it THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER ME. She passed me the debit machine so I could pay and that's it. So mind me, I am going back there and getting my money back or a free set, cause this shit looks nasty and I'm not walking around like this. Expect to see me in the next days and I'm sure you remember my face. -5/5
