Baku Sunset - Private Upscale Nightlife & Events of Boston and Audio prophecy proudly welcome the gentlemen callers form the North: Speakeasy Electro Swing Montreal
49 Social will be converted to a multi-level speakeasy themed audio-visual extravaganza for this occasion.
The crew collectively known as Speakeasy Electro Swing Montreal have been holding it down with one of the hottest prohibition themed parties in North America. Their sound has landed them prestigious headlinig gigs at Picnic Electronic, Montreal Jazz Festival and Burning Man. In short, these guys know a thing or two about rocking a dance floor. They will be performing for the first time in Boston together combining their Dj set with live instrumentation.
Audioprophecy will be opening the night for our featured Montreal guests. Audioprophecy started his E-Swing productions in 2010 and held down residency at Secret Society parties at Ames Hotel. Later he joined forces with Jive Boston crew for some of their most memorable shenanigans.
Baku Sunset will be holding it down at the main bar level with its brand of classy, international World Lounge music. Started in 2009, Baku Sunset has been hosting such events as Boston Fashion Week (En Vogue), Boston International Film Festival Closing Party, Fashion Showcases and Afterparties for Porsche Design, BCBG, and Bebe, as well as Grand Opening events for Blu Restaurant & Lounge at Ritz Carlton Towers, Garage Lounge Supperclub and Aragosta Bar & Bistro at the Fairmont Battery Wharf Hotel.
Visuals for the event will be provided by our visuals master, Evan Lukash. And you didn't hear it form us but there will be a naughty Burlesque surprise at Midnight (shhhhh!!!!).
Most importantly, we are looking forward to see what you have in store for us as the theme of the night is modern interpretation of 20s and 30s style (think classics with an edge).
