RENCONTRE AVEC MATHIEU AMALRIC
Acteur (Barbara, The Grand Budapest Hotel, La Vénus à la fourrure), récipiendaire du César du Meilleur acteur en 2005 et en 2008, réalisateur (Barbara, La Chambre bleue, Tournée), l'artiste éclectique du cinéma Mathieu Amalric sera exceptionnellement à Montréal dans le cadre du 36e Festival International du Film sur l'Art.
Assistez à cette rencontre unique avec le cinéaste pour discuter du documentaire musical et de ses libertés, après la projection de ses deux derniers films dédiés à la soprano et cheffe d'orchestre canadienne Barbara Hannigan (Music is Music), et au musicien jazz John Zorn (Zorn (2010-2017)).
La rencontre sera animée par Jennifer Alleyn et Anita Hugi.

Meet the eclectic artist who will discuss about musical documentaries and the liberties they offer. This conversion will follow Amalric's two most recent films: Music is Music and Zorn.
