This workshop is for beginners who want to learn how to express and community with the basics of computer programming. Who is invited? Please see the age recommendation associated with the workshops. If you're a teacher or parent who wants to try it out, you're more than welcome! Do I need to bring my own laptop? Yes! Please make sure it's a laptop and not a tablet. Both Mac and PC are fine. If you don't have a laptop, let us know and we'll lend you one for the day. If you are creating the project as a family, only one laptop is required. What do I need to bring? If you want to add family photos in your interactive holiday card, please bring them on a USB key. Who is the instructor? The lead instructor is Yasmin Ahmad, a software engineer with 10 years experience at CAE. She is also one of Kids Code Jeunesse's most experienced classroom instructors. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? The address is 51 Sherbrooke St West. There is meter parking immediately outside (if you drive around a bit further from Sherbrooke St, you will find free street parking Bus: 24 & 55 Metro: St Laurent, Place des Arts What if I can't afford to pay?
