Petit Déjeuner – Séance d’information sur les postes de l'AECS

En vue des élections du nouveau comité exécutif de l’AECS, nous vous avons préparé une séance d’information qui servira à vous donner tous les détails des différents postes à combler au sein de l’AECS, lors d’un déjeuner GRATUIT.
Ce petit déjeuner se déroulera au Salon National, le lundi 6 février, où vous pourrez profiter d’un buffet et de breuvages gracieusement offerts par l’AECS. Le déjeuner sera servi de 7h45 à 8h et la séance d’information aura lieu de 8h à 9h.
Concernant les élections :
Période de mise en candidature : 13 au 24 février 2017
Débat et vote : dans la semaine du 6 mars 2017.
*L’évènement est réservé aux étudiants de l’AECS seulement donc des D.E.S, M. Sc. et Ph. D.

Breakfast – Information session about the AECS executive positions
As it will soon be the time to elect a new AECS Executive Committee, we would like to offer you a FREE breakfast/information session to give you all the details about the different positions to be filled in the association.
This breakfast will take place at the Salon National, on Monday, February 6th, where you will be able to enjoy a buffet and beverages offered by the AECS. The breakfast will be served from 7:45 to 8:00 am and the information session will be held from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
About the elections :
Nomination period: February 13 to 24, 2017
Debate and vote: During the week of March 6th, 2017
*The event is reserved to AECS students ( D.E.S., M. Sc. and Ph.D. students only). Bring your student card in order to access the event (mandatory!)*
