Exploring the themes of ethnic, cultural, gender and religious diversity, delegates will reflect on what diversity means to them and how acceptance can be woven into their future. Keynote speakers will embody these principles and stimulate participants’ curiosity. Delegates will spend three days on the Lower Canada College campus listening to speakers, discussing themes and sharing ideas. They will participate in two experiential activities that focus on the Round Square IDEALS and take part in an outdoor adventure in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec where they will experience the Canadian wilderness and participate in team building activities and leadership training.
