Cette nouvelle exposition vous convie à un voyage inédit au cœur de la capitale française, carrefour commercial florissant au 18e siècle. Arpentez trois principaux quartiers afin d'y découvrir les boutiques convoitées de l'époque, dont certaines célèbres pour leur clientèle prestigieuse : Madame de Pompadour et Louis XV.
Près de 400 artefacts français du 18e siècle, de la collection exceptionnelle du Musée Stewart, y sont réunis pour évoquer le luxe et la variété des produitsofferts chez les marchands parisiens. Une expérience de réalité virtuelle prolonge l'immersion dans cette ville de contrastes et empreinte de poésie.

Take a unique journey to the heart of the French capital in the 18th-century, a flourishing commercial hub. Visit three of the main districts and discover the fashionable boutiques of the period, some of them famous for their prestigious clients: Madame de Pompadour and Louis XV.
Almost 400 18th-century French artefacts from the Stewart Museum's outstanding collection have been assembled to showcase the luxury and variety of products offered by Parisian merchants. The exhibition also features a virtual reality experience that will immerse you in this city of contrasts and poetry.
