Événement organisé en partenariat avec le Kabir Centre for Arts & Culture, le Festival Accès Asie est fier de présenter deux artistes indiens de renommée internationale, pour un concert exceptionnel.
Ce concert réunira les deux grands musiciens Vishwa Mohan Bhatt et Subhen Chatterjee qui ont fait le déplacement depuis le Rajasthan, en Inde.
Créateur de la Mohan-Veena (modification de la guitare hawaïenne) et gagnant d'un Grammy Award avec Ry Cooder, Vishwamohan Bhatt a fasciné le monde avec sa musique à la fois pure, délicate, et passionnée. Principal disciple du légendaire Pandit Ravi Shankar, Bhatt appartient à cette élite de musiciens qui puise ses racines auprès du célèbre Tansen (1506-1589), musicien de la cour de l’empereur moghol Akbar.
Artiste captivant, il enchante le public partout où il se produit, que ce soit en Amérique du Nord, en Europe, au Moyen-Orient ou en Inde. Il sera accompagné par le percussionniste Subhen Chatterjee, joueur exceptionnel de tabla qui a collaboré avec les plus grands musiciens en Inde et à l'étranger. Chatterjee à plus de trente CD à son actif, à la fois comme accompagnateur et soliste.

Festival Accès Asie is proud to welcome Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Subhen Chatterjee to the stage in this exceptional. This concert, entitled La Magie du Mohan Veena, is organized in collaboration with Kabir Centre for Arts & Culture.
World renowned Grammy Award winning slide guitar player, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt from Rajasthan India, will be accompanied by Subhen Chatterjee, acclaimed percussionist travelling from Kolkata, India especially for this evening’s concert. Bhatt is sure to captivate with his pristine, pure, and delicate yet fiery music.
He will be accompanied by the internationally acclaimed tabla player, Subhen Chatterjee, known for his evocative stage presence. The two musicians are sure to thrill the audience in this not to be missed concert.
