Joignez-vous à nous pour l’inauguration de « 17 volcans : oeuvres de Franz Wilhelm Junghuhn, Armin Linke et Bas Princen », une exposition qui suit les traces de l’explorateur germano-néerlandais Franz Wilhelm Junghuhn pendant ses expéditions à Java au milieu du XIXe siècle.
Les commissaires Alex Lehnerer et Philip Ursprung donneront une conférence sur l’exposition à 18h, pour ensuite poursuivre la conversation dans la galerie. Celles-ci seront suivies par une réception dans la maison Shaughnessy.

Join us for the opening of "17 Volcanoes: Works by Franz Wilhelm Junghuhn, Armin Linke, and Bas Princen", an exhibition that follows in the footsteps of German-Dutch explorer Franz Wilhelm Junghuhn during his visits to Java in the mid-nineteenth century.
Curators Alex Lehnerer and Philip Ursprung will present the exhibition at 6pm. A conversation in the gallery and a reception in the Shaughnessy House will follow.
