Eric et Rosa, deux militants socialistes chiliens opposés à la dictature de Pinochet, ont fui leur pays en laissant derrière eux leur fils alors agé de sept ans. Vingt ans plus tard, Rosa est devenue une journaliste engagée très en vue, Eric un psychanalyste taciturne. Mais leur couple, jamais remis de l’abandon forcé de leur fils, est à la dérive alors même qu’Eric entretient une relation adultère avec un jeune homme qui bientot leur révèlera sa véritable identité.

This piece by the famous Swedish author Lars Norén, performed by Christine Beaulieu, Alice Pascual, Sébastien Ricard and Emile Schneider, shakes us to the core by its depth and power. In a contemporary tragedy where continuous violence reigns, Eric and Rosa, two Chilean socialist militants opposed to Pinochet’s dictatorship, flee their homeland, leaving behind their seven-year-old son. Twenty years later, Rosa has become an established investigative journalist and Eric, a taciturn psychoanalyst. However, their couple, which has never recovered from the forced abandonment of their son, is in free fall, while Eric has an adulterous relationship with a young man, who will later reveal to them his true identity.
