Though fairly new to the Montreal stage, Blanka has been a growing project for quite some time. An intense yet exquisite mix of pulsing arpeggiators, jagged guitars and muted vocals, Blanka dive into and deconstruct abstract pop music, giving the impression that they have been performing live for far longer than the duration of 2015.

BlackFawn:

are a Berlin based psych-noise-pop duo from Malta formed in 2015 by Daniel and Alexandra as a development of their first band together. BlackFawn blend carefully crafted melodies with drones and minimal electronic production and are currently working on their first releases with Jonas at Kaiku Studio, Berlin. BlackFawn echo elements from Cocteau Twins, Tropic of Cancer, Chelsea Wolfe, Silver Apples, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Neu! and Suicide.
