Feb 1st is International Pisco Sour day but as we have Montreal's most fervent Pisco co#*tologi....... er bartender, Mr Drahos Chytry, we've decided to extend it to Pisco Sour Week. Tonight as part of our weekly "Made with Booze" cocktail series Drahos will be taking on J-p Gauthier of Huit Clos who also fancies himself a Pisco Pro. Come try both cocktails for 15$ and choose the best Pisco Sour in Montreal. As an added twist, the winning cocktail will become the cocktail of the week and we will be donating 2$ form every cocktail to "Les Ailes de L'Esperance" a charity deeply involved in combating poverty in Peru.
