L'auteur-compositeur-interprète soul canadien Daniel Caesar utilise sont talent brut de façon exceptionnelle afin de déployer une narration extraordinaire. Aux frontières du jeune garçon et de l'homme, Caesar nous offre un travail mettant de l'avant les éléments du quotidien qui sont trop souvent refoulés. Originaire d'Oshawa, en banlieue de Toronto, Caesar se positionne comme un emblème de ce qu'est venu la jeunesse gospel, qui a mûri et qui doit finalement trouver sa propre voie.
