Petra Glynt is the solo music project of Alexandra Mackenzie. Her music gathers together aspects of her work as an operatically trained vocalist, drummer, producer, and recording artist, featuring heavy percussion, vocal looping, and sample based sound collage you can dance to. In likeness with her visual art practice, she finds freedom in the infinite world of composition as synesthetic representations of colour, form, and rhythm, with energy and lyrics that speak to empower her audience and listeners.
