Apetizers
•Porc-au-Prince poutine: mix or sweet and Yukon gold potato fries, smooth cheddar cheese sauce and tender fried marinated pork finished with savory oxtail gravy and authentic spicy pikliz slaw.
•Mac n' cheese : corkscrew macaroni draped in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce served with Cornbread.
•Wings & plantains: 4 meaty chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory apricot bbq sauce served with a side of fried plantain.
•oxtail dumplings: Jamaican oxtail stuffed fried wontons served with pomegranate ponzu glaze.
MAINS:
•Curried Lamb: slow braised marinated lamb With potatoes in a flavorful west Indian curry sauce served on a bed of traditional rice and beans with sweet plantains
•Fried Red Snapper Fish: Pan fried whole marinated red snapper served with sweet and spicy citrus marinade on a bed of white rice and peas. All with a side of sweet plantains.
•Jerk pulled pork sandwich: Tender jerk marinated pulled pork, jerk Bbq sauce and cool coleslaw all in a buttered grilled brioche bun with a side of fries.
DESSERTS:
• Pecan pie cheesecake: one layer pecan pie filling one layer cheese cake in a graham cracker crust. 2 desserts in one!
•Key lime Pie Parfait: layers of key lime pastry cream and vanilla wafer crumble.
Due to limited capacity reservations are highly suggested and prioritized.Please note reservations will be cancelled after 15 minutes of no show.
