Every Tuesday you are convened to experience a blend of Soul food & Caribbean cuisine selections imagined and concocted by chef McKenny St-Léger while enjoying the finest RnB.

·Braised beef short Ribs with Dr. Pepper bourbon BBQ sauce
Beef ribs slow braised in a rich house made BBQ sauce
• Sweet Tea marinated Pork chops with Oka cheese grits
Sweet black tea marinated pork chops slowly roasted with mixed veggies and gala apples; served on a bed of creamy Oka cheese polenta.
*Dishes served with sides of smoked cheddar Mac n'cheese and green bean casserole
