for this 1st edition of hopefully many we wish to get all the friends together for a pre-holiday work out.
the line up consists of some names u seen side by side quite a few times. they throw a lil' party called All Good as often as possible and are usually serving up them jams while hosting... so here is a chance for them just to serve and be heard, to offer you their full attentione!
