What: weekly run club. Every week, you will have the opportunity of trying different approaches: distance run, interval training, tempo training, circuit training, hill training, etc.

Track and field athlete (5km, 10km and half marathon) Arianne is also accredited as a kinesiologist and as a running analyst. Our ambassador and specialist in the track and field, will help you to reach your goal.
