Lo Fi Dance Theory will be bringing a unique series of pop-up classes to Montreal's Never Apart. Each Saturday, this four-part installment, at once community building and exclusive, would be specifically tailored to the space. A cathartic and liberating 75 minute class that will allow people to experience and discover the Never Apart setting in an entirely new way ; sweat drenched through a masterful blend of physicality and release.
Classes will be mostly mat-based and incorporate a synthesis of conditioning and dance-based movement.
