You are invited to an exciting hands-on, fermented food workshop!
Come learn to feed your gut with beneficial bacterial buddies and flood your taste buds with some seriously tasty and tangy treats!
On the Agenda:
-Learning the essential principles of lacto-fermented vegetables.
-A sampling of lots of different ferments with many variations including low sodium samples.
-You will be making three different ferments that you will take home.
-You can take home some other recipes which we have been tweaking in our recent research and development.
We will be making:
Pickled purple turnips
Preserved Lemons
Vegan Kimchi
Details:
$45 plus tax - Regular ticket
$35 plus tax - Student ticket
Includes workshop fee, three 500ml mason jar ferments you will make and take home, and several lacto-ferment recipes.
Two reduced cost tickets will be available for those who would otherwise not be able to attend. Please contact us if need be.
