In parallel to his exhibition Pulpe Fiction, multidisciplinary artist Sylvain Rivard will lead a workshop under the theme of the ash tree, the most important tree in the Abenaki culture, in which tales, legends and songs will abound.
Dive with him head first into this First Nations culture, and come listen to the legends of the Lady Woodpecker (la Femme pic-bois), the Birth of the Little People (la Naissance des petites personnes) and the story of famous Ti-Jean. This educational workshop will revisit, among others, his presentation given at the July 14 opening of the exhibition.
