The Montreal group Lengaïa will do a tribute to the Queen of Salsa, Havana’s Celia Cruz. Le Balcon is pulling out all the stops to create an evening that’s vibrant, passionate and energetic, just like the singer. Under the direction of Giany Despointes, eleven musicians will play rhythms of salsa from the 1970s, influenced by the repertoire of the great Celia Cruz, the voice of Cuba.
