Bailongo Montreal Tango Fesival is proud to present the North American premiere of El Cachivache Quinteto, currently one of the most popular tango groups worldwide. Widely recognized on the world music circuit, the group is characterized by its undeniably creative, original, and very dynamic style.
Featuring a repertoire composed of original pieces and tango classics, they thrill fans with their undeniably contemporary and very edgy sound.
From May until September of this year, El Quinteto Cachivache is on a world tour and will perform in more than 50 cities on three continents.
In Montreal, ElCachivache will be joined on stage by internationally renowned dancers Pablo Inza & Sofia Saborido from Buenos Aires and by Europe's hottest tango couple, Fausto Carpino & Stéphanie Fesneau. The concert will be followed by a tango dance evening (with Dj).
