Me First and the Gimme Gimmes (often shortened to just "Me First" or "The Gimmes") are a punk rock supergroup and cover band that formed in San Francisco in 1995 around some of Fat Wreck Chords most prominent artists. The current lineup includes: Spike Slawson (Swingin' Utters), Joey Cape (Lagwagon), Dave Raun (Lagwagon), Jay Bentley (Bad Religion) and Scott Shiflett (Face to Face). The Gimmes work exclusively as a cover band.
