B L A N K A, based in Montreal, collaborates weaves of digital and analogue sounds – abrasive guitars and boggy vocals, cold digital synths and electromagnetic noise. Yasuda, their debut EP from 2015, mixes forms of kraut, dark wave, and industrial, and employs those bricks expertly, building a curious new structure with every cut. An intense yet exquisite mixof pulsing arpeggiators, jagged guitars and muted vocals, Blanka dive into and deconstruct abstract pop music. Their next assortment of material is due out 2017.

P A S C A L E P R O J E C T is Pascale Mercier’s solo project. Based in Montreal, she’s been active in the musical scene since 2008 and has released a few albums/EPs and played many shows across North America and Europe. Her music could be described as a mix of pop, house & lounge. The vocals are powerful and the lyrics totally sincere and full of emotions, through that she’s trying to define the concept of partying and what it means to be in love. Originally a drummer, Pascale tries to incorporate any kinds of sounds and rhythms in her music, seeing everything she listens as important and inspiring element.
