Jonathan Turgeon rend hommage à Thelonious Monk, un pianiste légendaire aux compositions mémorables. Monk a marqué des générations de musiciens de jazz par sa créativité et son jeu innovateur. Avec la participation de Michel Lambert (batterie) et de Solon McDade (contrebasse), ce trio interprètera un répertoire entièrement composé de pièces signées Monk.

Jonathan Turgeon pays tribute to the legendary jazz pianist and composer Thelonious Monk. Being a major influence on many generations of jazz musicians, Monk set himself apart with his unique way of approaching melody, harmony and rhythm. With the help Michel Lambert (drums) and Solon McDade (bass), Jonathan will perform a concert constituted of only Monk originals.
