You will embark on a journey to Italy, Greece, Africa, Brazil and Louisiana; the Cajun country. During each performance, a traditional entrée will be served, which will offer a unique audio and savory experience.
This rich collaboration between Station Acoustique, The Mile-End Community Mission and the gorgeous Rialto Theatre, along with your support with the purchase of tickets, will allow the Mile-End Community Mission to benefit from the necessary funds to make its organization flourish.
THE MILE-END COMMUNITY MISSION is a non-for-profit organization run with the help of volunteers who work in collaboration with marginalized members of the community, in order to give them a place of welcome and respect. The Mile-End Community Mission distributes over 10,000 food bags every year, 2 per person each week, and also offers over 25,000 meals every year to the most impoverished people of the area.
STATION ACOUSTIQUE is a broadcasting platform for emerging artists and world musicians and will be offering a meal influenced by the origins or the environment of one of more of the performing artists.
