NASTY WOMEN est une exposition non-binaire organisée par un mouvement collectif féminin dans le but d’explorer et de se réapproprier ce qui définit le fait d'être une femme aujourd’hui.
Le portrait de la femme est souvent dépeint par les hommes, puis entretenu par les médias et les individus. L’exposition Nasty Women cherche ainsi à remettre en question ce que signifie d'être une femme, un(e) artiste ainsi que le rôle qu’elle joue dans l’avancement des réalités tangibles et intangibles.

NASTY WOMEN is an all-female, non-binary feminist collective of women-identifying artists. Their exhibitions are curated by women, in an aim to explore and re-appropriate what it means to be a woman today.
The portrait of a woman has often been depicted by men, and is perpetuated through media and individual conversation. The Nasty Women exhibition seeks to question the evolution of what it means to be a woman and an artist, and the role of the female artist in forwarding the processes of tangible and intangible realities.
This exhibition was born out of the desire to open up and continue a dialogue, paying tribute to the power of the creative female community.
