Après des études en production cinématographique à l'Université Concordia, Manuel Foglia participe en 1992 au concours télévisé La Course Destination Monde. Cela marquera le début d'une carrière de 25 ans en réalisation documentaire pour la télévision et le cinéma. Si ses réalisations récentes sont marquées par un intérêt manifeste pour l'histoire et la politique, c'est dans le genre biographique qu'il s'est particulièrement distingué lors des dernières années.

The founder of the Canadian Centre of Architecture, Phyllis Lambert, worked on the design of several important buildings. This films retraces her journey, from her childhood in Montreal.
Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Phyllis Lambert: 75 Years At Work, through 4 June 2017.
