Your Path to CSP Educator, Evelyn, brings in decade of experience in coaching and growing coaches to the class, which makes this online program special. Additionally, she is one of the few Approved Path to CSP Educators who are specialized in training (Certified Scrum Trainer), leadership (Certified Agile Leadership Educator), coaching (Certified Team Coach, and Certified Enterprise Coach), and are approved to help candidates to the level of Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster speciality.
Virtual Interactive Program Evelyn is one of the few Path to CSP Educators who offer interactive virtual programs to grow individuals on the path to CSP, and there are already graduates from over 33 countries to our Path to CSP Program.
This CSP-SM program includes at least a total of 21 hours of learning. You will have interactive online sessions with Path to CSP Educator, Evelyn Tian, and there are also homework to complete at your own pace. You will be able to advance the HOW TOdimension of ScrumMastering and agile coaching, and grow skills that help improve your Scrum Team, organizations and yourself.
You can join from anywhere online. However please note that there is pre-work prior and homework after each session (read more in commitmentsession).

Evelyn has been passionately working with Lean and Agile transformations since 2009 and she has grown close to 30 coaches and trainers through apprenticeship and mentorship programs. She designed her own Agile Leadership course in 2011, which has been delivered to over 1000 leaders. She has also developed her own Agile Coaching course, with more than 30 classes of graduates.Evelyn’s focus is on organization transformational strategy, continuous improvement and enhancing the art and science of crafting products and service delivery. Evelyn has built a lengthy track record and gathered deep insights in coaching organization transformation, agile leadership, and teams to reach their potential.
She has been supporting companies in the sectors of automotive, banking and insurance etc.
