THE TRIP WE'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR HAS FINALLY ARRIVED! Get ready for MACDoesMontreal2017!
The trip is fast approaching so here are all the essential details that you will need to know!
Tickets Sales will begin on January 23rd, 2017 at 8 a.m in the Junior Common Room (JCR).
The line up will begin up will begin outside of the JCR along the walls in single file.
There will be no cutting in the line or reserving spots allowed under any circumstances.
Rules are subject to change by MCC.
Please come prepared with necessary identification (Student ID, Health Card, Drivers license, etc.).
Please have the waiver forms for BOTH you and your guest completed before sales begin, especially if they are not showing up during the line up.
There are 4 people to each room, please have your rooms set before hand!
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EACH ROOM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE CREDIT CARD ON RECORD!
Ticket Prices:
- $100 for MAC Students
- $120 for MAC Alumni
- $140 for Non-MAC
- $160 for Non- York
Please note that ONLY MAC students have guest privileges. Everyone else is still welcome to line up for ticket purchases!
The trip will take place from February 23, 2017 - February 26, 2017.
We will be staying at the Best Western Ville-Marie in downtown Montreal which is located at 3407 Rue Peel, Montreal, QC H3A 1W7.
Departure from McLaughlin college on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 9 a.m and arrive for check in at the hotel at 5:30.
PLEASE ARRIVE BY 7 A.M SO WE CAN ALL GET SIGNED IN AND LOADED ONTO THE BUSES.
Commuter rooms will be open on the 22rd for people who may not be able to reach the school at 7 a.m on the 23rd. The rooms will also be open on the 26th upon our return for those who would like to stay the night.
***LUGGAGE WILL BE SUBJECTED TO SEARCHED FOR WEAPONS AND ILLICIT NARCOTICS***
Departure from the hotel on Sunday, February 26th will take place at 1 p.m to arrive back at York University for 9 p.m.
A REMINDER!! **IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR ROOM OR SMOKE INSIDE YOUR HOTEL ROOM, THE CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED AND YOU WILL BE EVICTED**
All Cash transactions on tickets are non-refundable. However, an exchange can be made through the discretion of the Council.
If there are any alumni who are interested in receiving line by passes for themselves and guests please email Sajeth Paskaran by Monday January 9th, 2017 at 12pm. If there are more than 4 people who submit emails, the line by passes will be given out randomly.
