Come home to Presence in the body, through cultivating attention to the breath, inner sensation, and emotions as experienced in the body. Learn to become attuned to the inner wisdom that we can access simply by developing a listening attitude in the body. These practices are based on the ancient teachings of the Buddha, and include instructions in mindfulness, wisdom and compassion.
When we are grounded in mindful awareness based in the body, we can come home to ourselves no matter where we are, and even when we are busy and active. This helps us to be calm, non-reactive, and a presence of peace and kindness in our homes, workplaces and communities.
