There is a One Drink Minimum in effect! In order for us to continue being hosted by our venue we must support the bar, everyone Artists and Audience alike. Please support the bar by getting at least one beverage, it can be non-alcoholic if you wish.
::Open Mic Rules::
• There are 10 open mic slots/Il y'a 10 spot sur le micro ouvert
• Artists can pre sign-up for the first four slots online, the spot is guaranteed up until 6:30pm, after that open mic slots are given on a first come, first served basis / Les Artistes peuvent se mettre sur notre liste en ligne, et les spots seront garantie jusqu'à 18h30, après ça ce serait premier venu premier servis.
• Performance of any art form, poetry, song, instrument, dance, etc, is encouraged / Nous encourageons toute forme d'arts la poèsie, le chant, la dance, etc
• If you have tracks, music, instruments that need testing and/or uploading, you need to come to the venue BEFORE the doors open between 6:30pm-7:00pm to test it out.
• You have 5 minutes (300 seconds) to capture the crowd, after that, you will be removed from the stage. That is once you engage the crowd, the timer begins / Vous avez cinq minutes sur le micro, nous sommes très "à la coche" avec ce réglement là.
• Finally: if it's your first night at Soirées Intimes, you must perform first/ Et ultimement: si c'est votre première soirée sur notre scéne vous devez présenter en premier.

MADPOETIX: Intimate Nights is a Montreal based event and we are committed to bringing to the stage Montreal Talent and have them acknowledged on our stage. We are dedicating 6 shows out of our scheduled 12 shows a year to Montreal Features
