As an extension to the Black Heritage exhibition showing at Centre Never Apart for the Winter Season, Andy Williams (DJ) curates an afternoon at Artgang Montreal, depicting and celebrating the many styles of art from the African diaspora. Featuring performances by legendary Jamaican Dub poet Mutabaruka and Toronto-based Clifton Joseph, the afternoon will also begin with a special 2-hour slide show presentation from seminal NYC street photographer Jamel Shabazz, featuring his series "Pieces Of A Man". Closing the evening will be a DJ set from The Goods' Scott C.
