During his experience as a unit
still photographer (Témoin de l’ombre,
1981-2001), Bertrand Carrière has developed a close relationship with the
cinema. He went into deeper explorations, producing Images-temps between 1997 and 2000. All this is impossible falls within the continuity of this work and
has been created during an artistic residency at the Cinémathèque Québécoise.
