Hailing from France, Radio Elvis is a stylish and ambitious trio that could very well have seen daylight in London alongside King Krule or in rock-age Bordeaux. Reinventing rock and French chanson tropes and communicating a more modern and dream-like esthetic, their second album Ces Garçons-Là follows Les Conquêtes, released in 2016. The LP won the band "Best New Artist" at France's 2017 Victoires de la Musique (France's Grammys).
The group plays their first headline show in Quebec on February 20th at l'Astral, returning to the province for the first time in two years, following an acclaimed performance opening for Louise Attaque at MTelus during Francofolies de Montréal in 2016. Presented by Les Francos, Evenko and Greenland, the concert will feature opening act Julien Sagot, percussionist for the band Karkwa who launched his solo career in 2012.
