Born and bred in Montreal in 2010 by a group of franco-quebecois artists, all from diverse cultural backgrounds, "Ariel et les Va-nu-pieds" is a pop-reggae influenced group aspiring to break into Quebec’s music scene. All group members are hungry to impress, and share some extraordinary moments with the public and other artists alike.
Composed by Ariel Ridgeway, the music is nevertheless influenced by the variety of styles and tastes of all the other musicians. It is a fresh wave of pop, rock, reggae and ska, just to name a few.
