Eclectic DJ, host of the program The Blend on PBS Melbourne and long time supporter of Unlog, we are glad to welcome Campbell to Montréal, all the way from Melbourne Australia.
BEVIN CAMPBELL (PBS, Melbourne)
His love for music and future direction was cemented as a key member of the team behind Red Bull Music Academy in Melbourne. Soon after he set up the Blend Corp. label to release and tour Wax Tailor’s (France) material, amongst others. More recently he was part of the team who set up and now operate CDR Melbourne. Recent highlights include a busy festival season of Strawberry Fields, Earth, Paradise et al; being invited to play alongside DJ Vadim, at his RBMA show with Dizz1; called up to play with a select group for the Rashad Tribute; selected as one of four judges for The Age Music Victoria Awards, electronic category, and most recently supporting Clark for his Melbourne RBMA show.
Campbell’s dynamic sets and eclectic taste sees sets vary depending on the night in question, he is not one to be put into any particular box or category. He comfortably plays hip hop and beats through to the strictly electronic, slotting into the requirements of drum’n’bass, jungle, footwork, house, techno, experimental, bass, grime, glitch and beyond.

BSLC - LIVE [UNLOG]
Based in Montreal and half of the Canadian electronic duo ‘The Gulf Stream’, BSLC aka Bassilus C has been involved in the Canadian electronic music scene for the past 10 years.
His efficient style of composition relies on a clever use of the rich language that electronic music has to offer, using this as an introspective tool to explore wide soundscapes built on field recordings and cinematic melodies. His debut LP 'Brain Damage', released on Unlog, is a straightforward demonstration of style and includes four remixes by ‘Kodok’, ‘Orbital Mechanics’, ‘Mathew Ferness’ and ‘Famelik’.

Originating from hiphop and turntablism where he perfected his art among the greatest DMC champions or the birdy nam nam. Seen alongside Oxmo Puccino or Pharcyde, he’s still workin in hiphop where he’s still collaborate with Europe and the United States to carry out the scratches on different albums. NOYL turned to glitch and future beats where he use his talents of scratcher to insert scratch and beatjuggling routines in his sets.
Based in Montreal since 2009, he shared the stage with Fakear, Stwo and many more.
