Holy Fuck - Toronto ON
A hardcore thrift-store found-object punk band with a relentless commitment to rhythm and a sense for atmosphere better matched to a close encounter of the third kind than a simple rock concert. Think Einstürzende Neubauten re-inspired by Fela Kuti with Brian Eno working as keyboard tech and every channel on the mixer set to max power.
Chastity - Whitby ON
Chastity is a project out of Whitby Ontario. Whitby has trailer parks and Whitby has luxury cars. Similar is the juxtaposition of the project both melodic and chaotic, an outfit of songs bred out of boredom worn by its middle class kids. Since releasing it’s only existing songs online, a tape of 3 tracks and new single "Peroxide", Chastity has emerged into a youth culture for youth without one.
Harrison - Toronto ON
Harrison is happening. In a few short years, the prodigious Toronto producer has gone from teenage bedroom beatmaker showcasing his homemade, sample-savvy wares on Soundcloud to hotly tipped studio savant positioned at the frontlines of the city’s R&B renaissance. Still only 20, Harrison is set to make the leap from word-of-mouse phenom to marquee recording artist with the 2016 release of his debut album on Last Gang Records.
