Reading this quote, I realize my position. How much I need to move. But although I changed countries, sceneries and images, I am forced to stay still.
My brain continuously speaks, thinks, my body hurts.
I have to stop, they say, but how? I never learned how.
Pause, breath! they shout, all the voices around my head.
But inside it's still a mess.
A harp and a body, playing together. Sometimes silence, stillness with a kind of "mess" within it. A well organized mess which leads to the acceptance of who you are right here, right now. Even still, even in a mess, silent or loud.

Alors que je lis cette citation, je prends conscience de ma position. De mon besoin inhérent de mouvement. Mais malgré que j'aie changé de pays, de paysage, de décors, je me dois de rester immobile.
Les pensées dans ma tête défilent à l'infini, des voix parlent continuellement, mon corps fait mal.
Je dois m'arrêter, qu'elles disent, mais comment? Je n'ai jamais appris comment.
Stop, respire! crient-elles, toutes les voix autour de moi.
Mais à l'intérieur, c'est encore le chaos.
Une harpe et un corp, jouant ensemble. Parfois, le silence, la tranquilité d'un désordre organisé. Un désordre qui montre le chemin vers l'acceptation de ce que je suis ici et maintenant, immobile ou agitée, silencieuse ou sonore.
